As Production Site Manager, you will manage the overall activity of our Neuilly-sur-Marne industrial site.
As a real conductor in the field, you are present alongside the teams, guaranteeing industrial performance and ensuring optimal coordination of production, logistics and the supply chain.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- Plan, organize and supervise production activity according to customer needs.
- Implement continuous improvement processes (lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Monitor performance indicators (OEE, productivity, scrap rate, etc.) and drive corrective action plans.
- Guarantee the availability of raw materials and components.
- Organize incoming and outgoing flows and plan requirements.
- Manage a forklift operator and ensure service performance.
- Manage and lead production and logistics teams, with an active presence in the field.
- Promote skills development, versatility and team commitment.
- Maintain a healthy and constructive social climate.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and participate in certification processes (ISO, IFS, etc.).
- Play an active role in prevention and continuous improvement.
- Monitor costs, manage the site budget and ensure business profitability.
Your profile:
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 (production, supply chain, engineering or equivalent).
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in industrial site management, with team supervision and supply/logistics responsibility.
- Mastery of planning tools and best logistics practices.
- Natural leadership, organizational skills, strong field orientation and operational commitment.
- You enjoy working alongside your teams, understanding operations up close and intervening directly when necessary.

Your tasks:
Working directly with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Organize and plan production activities
- Manage, lead and support a team of 5 to 10 operators
- Carry out start-ups, quality controls and 1st level maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes
Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years' experience in team management in an industrial or logistics environment.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your responsiveness and your leadership in the field.
- You enjoy working with a variety of people and giving meaning to your mission
- You are sensitive to environmental and social issues
