They've gone sustainable

Triballat Noyal andCôteauxNantais are 2 of the 14 partner companies in the ZeroWest program deployed by Uzaje in the Scarabée Biocoop network in the Rennes region. As part of the program, Triballat Noyal has converted its Tante Hélène brand fromage blanc from a disposable plastic jar to a reusable glass jar. The aim is to extend the re-use program to the organic network.

1st conversion of single-use plastic to reuse: Triballat Noyal

"For as long as we can remember, our company has dared to innovate, make a commitment and try our hand at the adventure of Organic Agriculture, plants and societal responsibility. After a first unsuccessful solo attempt at the deposit in 2015, we were lucky enough to cross paths with the founders of Uzaje in 2019. We are trying the adventure again as a team, adding up motivations, skills and means in order to move the lines."
Olivier Clanchin, General Manager of Triballat Noyal

Triballat Noyal changed the packaging of its Tante Hélène 400g yoghurt pot from plastic to reusable glass in order to assess consumer acceptance of the offer. The company implemented a rapid internal innovation process to be ready for the launch of the project; an informative label was developed specifically for the project.

Glass recycling at the heart of the company's strategy: Les Côteaux Nantais

"At Côteaux Nantais we believe that everyone has the right to a healthy diet. The encounter with Uzaje and the work of co-construction with friendly companies and partners has enabled us to make our project of reusing our containers a reality. Our teams and our consumers help us to start the process and push us to be part of this experimentation.
Benoit Van Ossel, CEO of Côteaux Nantais
